Section 130 of the Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act 2014 requires health and social care professionals to inform the local authority if they have reasonable cause to suspect a child is at risk of experiencing abuse, neglect, or other types of harm.
This course will enable learners to understand child protection in more detail.
