The course explores child sexual exploitation in more detail. While girls are more likely to disclose abuse, males may be experiencing abuse as well. Adults in the child's life may not recognise the signs that they are being sexually abused, and the child may be too young, too scared, or too ashamed to tell anyone what is happening to them. How can we help young victims of sexual abuse? This course will explain the factors, signs of CSE, and useful strategies to take away.

• To be aware of the CSE categories
• To understand child trafficking within this remit
• To be aware of strategies to support young people who are being sexually exploited
